This is a true luxury home in Old Town, Park City. We are just completing a major rebuild/addition that converted this beautiful 1900 home to a new home with every convenience needed to make this your home away from home while you ski the greatest snow on earth.

The Main Floor has a wonderful Kitchen/Dining/Living area that will help you easily entertain groups of up to 15. There is a two-sided fireplace between the dining and living areas. The living room has a very large L-shaped couch in front of the LCD TV with 5.1 theater system. You also control the IPOD/CD based whole home audio system from this room. You will love the top quality kitchen. Thermador gas oven/range with griddle, there is also a separate Thermador electric convection oven, drawer style microwave, large Thermador fridge/freezer and more. Just bring the food, because everything else is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. Downstairs has a wetbar beside a built-in game table area that can view the fireplace and LCD TV. There is a foosball table and other games, then a large screen DLP TV with another 5.1 theater system. This is a fun area for kids and adults!

Upstairs we have 3 master bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, LCD tv, beautiful bathroom with TV, clean air bubble tub, separate shower, and two sinks. The second master has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, LCD TV, bath with special shower with multiple body spray heads. The third master has a queen bed, full bath and a balcony. We also have a foldout single sofa bed in that room. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. There is also the bunk room which has a full bath, and 2 sets of bunk beds (one with a queen bed on the bottom).

There is a grill and hot tub out back on the heated patio. The driveway is also heated and so you won't need to worry about difficulty parking in the driveway or getting in the garage.
